Exchanges and returns
- We only accept returns in the event of a manufacturing defect;
You can exchange your order within 14 days from the day you received it. If the item arrives after the period described above, it will be returned to the customer after payment of the return shipping costs;
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags, cards;
Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are NON-REFUNDABLE, except in cases of foreseen exceptions, such as packaging errors and item defects.
RETURN:
The customer has 14 calendar days after receiving their order to exchange or return their item, without having to justify the reason for doing so.
As Onaffi's offers shipping costs for payments over R$70, they are deducted from the amount to be refunded.
You can also return your item to our store free of charge, with all the components inherent to the purchase.
In the case of returns, the shipping of the item is the customer's responsibility and must be done through a carrier or postal service with a tracking number so that it can be traced. Onaffi's is not responsible for lost packages, and shipping is the sole responsibility of the carrier, postal service or distribution service chosen by the customer.

Onaffi's reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns of items that show signs of use, damage or are missing original labels.
