Terms and conditions
To buy from Onaffi's, simply follow these steps:
- View the products that interest you. Click on the image to enlarge and see all its details, then simply add the desired products to the cart by selecting sizes and colors and other available details.
- If you have any questions, please contact us. We will respond as soon as possible.
- To complete your purchase, access your cart and confirm by clicking “Finalize purchase”.
- Confirm all shipping and billing details and select the payment method: Multibanco, MbWay or Payshop. Finish by confirming your payment.
- Confirm the terms and conditions to complete the purchase. All orders are sent via CTT.
- You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address indicated in your customer account.
How long does it take for your order to arrive? Delivery times depend on the payment method selected. For mainland Portugal and after payment has been received, the delivery time is 1 to 2 business days. For cash payments, the delivery time is 1-4 business days. For the Islands, these delivery times are increased by 2 business days. (Except for exceptions beyond our control: carriers, festive seasons, etc.)
- You can exchange your items for a different size or color, or for another item.
- We only make returns in case of manufacturing defects.
How long do you have to make an exchange? – 14 consecutive days from the moment you receive your order. Onaffi's will not cover the shipping costs for exchanges, unless there has been a packaging error. The exchange must always be sent by registered mail.
Right not to accept the order or cancel the purchaseOnaffi's reserves the right to cancel any order, even if it has already been confirmed, exempt from liability for any damages or costs in the following situations:– The product is no longer available (payments will be refunded)– The billing information is not correct or verifiable;– The order is flagged by our security systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;– Payment is not received within 48 hours after acceptance of the order;– If we have evidence that the consumer is under 18 years of age;– If we have evidence that the consumer is not the final consumer;– If we detect that the price on the website is incorrect;– If it is not possible to deliver the order to the respective address.All content presented on this website is the exclusive property of Onaffi's.Dispute resolutionFor the resolution of disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center – Porto (CICAP) is competent, with express waiver of any other.
